Located in Fontana at the 210 freeway Sierra off ramp, we are a new Asian fusion restaurant combining traditional Asian dishes with modern trends. Our chefs are Vietnamese Americans with over 20 years of cooking experience. The founder of Cucinfina Corporation, Robert Ming Ngo, has 3 decades of various cooking experiences in major hotel chains and food industries. He has combined all his culinary skills into one house-The Sierra Noodle House.
